QUAER stands for our in-house integrated management system: quality, environmental, energy, occupational safety and risk management. Our company is not only a partner in the economic, industrial and market sectors, it is part of our society and ecosystem. As a result, we must and want to take responsibility for our actions. The aim is to comply with existing laws, regulations and legitimate requirements of interested parties. As part of our integrated management system, we are also committed to taking responsibility in industrial, social, social and environmental areas. The focus is on conserving resources, reducing processes affecting the environment, saving energy and identifying and reducing risk factors. QUAER is based on a process-oriented management approach. Stakeholder analyses and risk-opportunity assessments are carried out not only at company level, but the same methodology is also used at process level. Important parameters are recorded and evaluated. In this way, we identify deviations in the target/actual comparison in a continuous improvement process and can initiate corrective measures after the root cause analysis.
