Promotion that is fun

The company history of scholz shows that our company stands for long-term success, sustainable development, stability and reliability. We would also like to pass this on in our daily actions. Whether with our foundation "Rudolf Scholz Stiftung - Menschenhilfe farbenfroh" (Rudolf Scholz Foundation - Colorful Human Aid), which was established in 2015, where we support people and associations in our immediate vicinity, or with the further training of our Scholzians: We live togetherness and exchange and do so every day.


Association and committee work - networking that makes a difference

Scholz is a member of many associations in order to be able to contribute its own know-how there and at the same time to always be up to date on issues and requirements of industry partners and customers.


Every child gets a meal in Recklinghausen

For many years now, Scholz has been supporting the sponsorship programme of the city of Recklinghausen "Every child gets a meal".

The donation is used to compensate payments for meals socially disadvantaged families cannot afford. This ensures that every child, whether at school or daycare, can participate in lunch.

Study Award in Recklinghausen

With the study award, the best master's or bachelor's theses of each year are ceremoniously awarded in Recklinghausen's town hall. In addition to outstanding methodological or technical skills, these theses also show a concrete reference to practice. The study award is thus an investment in the future in Vest, in the future of the companies located here and in the future of our employees.

As a member of the Vestische Freundegesellschaft e.V., we promote the dialogue between the university and the business community and are always pleased with the interesting exchange.

The "Rudolf Scholz Stiftung – Menschenhilfe farbenfroh", established by Harold Scholz & Co. GmbH in 2015, is closely linked to the owner family Scholz as an unincorporated foundation and is shaped by the company and management philosophy.

Charitable and social commitment has a long tradition in this family-owned company. For more than 120 years, it has been lived and promoted across all generations until today.
