New “Order Management” department: More transparency, efficiency and customer satisfaction

With the introduction of a separate department for all aspects of order management, we have taken an important step towards making our processes, from order receipt to delivery, even more efficient, transparent and customer-oriented.

The department has already successfully established itself and is constantly evolving in order to optimally coordinate all customer orders.

With order management, we create a central interface that offers transparency across all order phases. In the coming months, order management will further refine its processes and intensively expand cooperation with other areas. The aim is a holistic process chain that consistently accompanies every order, from receipt to delivery.
