This week, our colleague Michael was one of the best graduates in the Recklinghausen district by IHK North Westphalia excellent.
At a lovely ceremony at the "Galerie der Traumfänger" in Dorsten, 62 graduates were honored for their outstanding achievements.
Michael completed his training as a chemical technician with a grade of “very good” and was able to reduce the training period from 3.5 to 2 years thanks to his previous knowledge in the field of process engineering. During this time, he has gained deep insight into almost all areas of our company, with an individual training plan to best support his interests and strengths.
Michael has been working for us as a trainee in the QUAER division since July, where he deals with topics such as energy and risk management as well as occupational safety.
We are delighted to have such committed, talented and open-minded people on our team and are excited to see how he continues his journey with us.
