During the summer holidays, we are regularly supported by dedicated students. This week, Heidi, Liliana, Finja, and Niclas are at our Recklinghausen production facility, taking the opportunity to get an up-close look at the daily work routine at scholz.
The four of them are working in teams within our small-packaging and bottle-filling departments. There, they are gaining exciting insights into our production processes, taking on their first practical tasks, and seeing firsthand how high-quality color pigments are transformed into customized products for our customers.
For us, internships are a great way to introduce young people to the diverse career prospects available in a medium-sized industrial company. At the same time, we appreciate the fresh ideas, curiosity, and active support they bring.
We hope the four of them continue to enjoy their time with us in sunny Recklinghausen and thank them for their fantastic efforts!
