On August 1, we were able to welcome Ihab, our new trainee as an IT specialist for system integration.
The special thing about it: Ihab is not the first in his family to become part of Scholz — his father Mustafa has been working for us in the production of pigment preparations for over 20 years. For us, this is a strong sign: When employees not only remain themselves for decades, but also inspire their children to join our company, this shows trust and commitment.
