Colour pigments from Scholz are also widely used in the Netherlands. The project The Bridge Amsterdam is a beautiful and vivid example of this. Our customer Preco manufactured and delivered the red polished prefabricated walls for this purpose. The Bridge, designed by Dam & Partners architects, consists of two impressive towers about 40 and 60 meters high, which are connected to each other on the ground floor. It offers space for 162 rental apartments, social common areas (facilities) and 9,600 m2 of high-quality office space.
The red-polished concrete façade with large windows gives the 60-meter high residential tower its own character and an open appearance. The well-thought-out layout and the balcony create a generous sense of space and make the apartment a place where you can live comfortably. With spacious green areas and a wide range of amenities, this is a place to live, work and relax — just a bike ride away from central Amsterdam.
